Ripper Street, nova série da BBC britânica, acompanha a história de detetives da H Division, da delegacia de Whitechapel, que investigam assassinatos no ano de 1889 após vários crimes atribuídos à Jack, o Estripador. O roteiro é de Richard Warlow (Waking the Dead) e tem no elenco Matthew Macfadyen (Os Pilares da Terra), Jerome Flynn (Game of Thrones), Adam Rothenberg (The Ex-List), Myanna Buring (White Heat), Joe Gilgun (Misfits) e David Dawson (Secret Diary of a Call Girl)
O canal ainda não divulgou a data de estreia na Europa, mas a série estreia dia 19 de janeiro de 2013 nos EUA.
