A história é centrada em um inspetor de armas dos Estados Unidos (Will Haley) e uma agente Russa (Anya Romanova) que são obrigados a trabalhar juntos para encontrar um grupo de ladrões que roubaram armas químicas de um laboratório soviético abandonado.
