A atriz Gabourey Sidibe, indicada ao Oscar pelo filme Precious (Preciosa) foi adicionada ao elenco da terceira temporada da série da FX, American Horror Story.
O showrunner da série, Ryan Murphy, revelou a novidade em seu twitter hoje: “Emocionado em anunciar que a indicada ao Oscar Gabourey Sidibe está se juntando ao elenco de American Horror Story: Coven.“
Thrilled to announce Oscar nominee Gabourey Sidibe is joining the cast of “American Horror Story: Coven.”

A atriz que atualmente interpreta a personagem Andrea na série The Big C se junta à, também novata na série, Kathy Bates e aos veteranos Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Taissa Farmiga, Frances Conroy e Lily Rabe. E os detalhes sobre a personagem da atriz ainda são mantidos em segredo.
A terceira temporada da série deve estrear em outubro, próximo ao Halloween, como aconteceu com as outras temporadas da atração.
