A Associação de Imprensa Estrangeira de Hollywood anunciou na manhã dessa quinta-feira (12) a lista dos indicados aos prêmios do Globo de Ouro. Os nomeados foram apresentados pelos atores Aziz Ansari (Parks and Recreation), Zoe Saldana (Avatar, Star Trek) e Olivia Wilde (The O.C, House) que revelaram os nomes dos concorrentes das 25 categorias da premiação que inclui Filme e Televisão.

Os vencedores serão anunciados durante a 71ª Cerimônia de entrega do Globo de Ouro que acontecerá no dia 12 de Janeiro e contará com a apresentação, pelo segundo ano consecutivo, das atrizes Tina Fey (30 Rock) e Amy Poehler (Parks and Recreation). Em contrapartida, o ator e diretor Woody Allen (Meia-Noite em Paris) não participará da cerimônia o na qual seria agraciado com o prêmio Cecil B. deMille, prêmio esse dado a todos aqueles que tiveram e têm relevância na indústria do cinema, em seu lugar, a atriz Diane Keaton (Noivo Neurótico, Noiva Nervosa) o receberá em sua homenagem.
