De acordo com o Huffington Post, a atriz Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother) vai reprisar seu papel como a agente Maria Hill em Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..
O episódio, que vai ao ar em 29 de abril pela ABC, fará uma conexão entre o seriado e o filme Capitão América 2: O Soldado Invernal, no qual Smulders também apareceu. A história vai explorar a relação entre Hill e o agente Coulson (Clark Gregg), depois dos eventos mostrados em O Soldado Invernal.
Apesar da atriz já ter confirmado sua participação em Avengers 2, a atriz admitiu que não sabe qual será o destino de sua personagem no próximo filme. “Eles sabem que eu estou no filme, mas ainda não sabem qual será o grau de envolvimento do personagem na história”, disse a atriz.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. é exibida terça-feira, às 20h, na ABC. No Brasil, a série vai ao ar quinta-feira, às 21h, pela Sony.
